How about Old Ukrainian? It's even older than russian.

It almost sounds like an old Polish dialect. 🤔

In standard Polish, vowels do not shift to other vowels: - 'a' is always 'a'; 'o' is always 'o'; 'ó' is always 'ó', which is pronounced exactly as 'u' -- that accute symbol is not just an accent to freelly put over any letter, but is exclusively dedicated for some diacritics.

Can please someone - preferably the creator of this video - explain to me the difference btw. Old Slavic and Old Church Slavonic, especially the chronology and usage? Which one was created by Konstantin and Metodius and which one was spoken by the Slavs of the 9th cent? I'd really appreciate that. 😊 Btw, as a Slovak native, I understood both languages quite well: Old Slavic up to 85-90% and Old Church Slavonic even up to 95%. The latter was definitely easier to understand. But I also have to admit that I'm familiar with the quoted passages. ;-)

Hey, the Glagolitic alphabet's very similar to that alphabet used in the occult, which we see in movies, full of circles and curves, does anyone know the name? It'sn't Enochian before anyone answers, I've been looking for months, I love this writing style.

I understood 85% old Slavic and 90% old church salvic

As a Russian I almost understand everything said and it just sounds like someone is trying to speak Russian with a Ukrainian accent and trying to make everything have a ъ on it, in my opinion it sounds very rough my Dad understand like 95% of it and I find it fascinating that we all Slavs understand it that’s so cool

What do you mean how it sounded? Church Slavonic is still used in many Russian orthodox, Ukrainian Greek Catholics and I believe Serbs and Bulgarians.

Old slavic sounds just like modern Serbian leanguage and it is really easy to understand. And church Slavonic is pretty easy to understand for me as Serbian speaker,but old slavic is just almost the same

As a Brazilian I understand 90% of this. (that's a joke) But speaking seriously, as I know a bit of Russian and Croatian, I can understand about 70% of this.
